HeyAmerican.com dedicates itself to frequently posting new first-hand material concerning travel and the world at large. Right now, the site focuses on six categories:

1) “Campaigns,” which includes travel-oriented pieces regarding a specific trip or destination,

2) “Curious Liquids,” a primer on delicious and not-so delicious drinks (soft and hard) picked up on the figurative road,

3) “Home on the Range,” which seeks to explain the challenges and trivialities of living abroad,

4) “Loot,” a space for bragging about that awesome find you scored in a Croatian flea market,

5) “Never Again,” an invitation to witness the worst days/nights of our travel lives, and

6) “This is Where You Want to Be,” which attempts to explain how travel, either through luck or exhaustion, sometimes comes together just right to form a permanent smiley-face in your memory.
